Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original packaging. 

How to Start a Return

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs, except in cases of a confirmed defect or shipping error.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
